(our parent company) has been around for about 19 years. Ultralife is the
manufacturer and distributor of many fine aquarium products. Ultralife has
noticed the lack of GOOD online aquarium retail business and decided it was time
to do something about it --- Hence the forming of Ultralife DIRECT.
With the introduction of this online retail business, you the consumer will
benefit greatly. Not only from the many products that will be offered, but also
from the many years of experience that our staff has to offer.
We are proud to offer the complete line from both Ultralife
Reef Products, as well as numerous
products from other manufacturers. As time goes by we will continually be adding
new products of our own but from more manufacturers also. If you don't see
something you are looking for, drop us a line, we may already be carrying it but
have not had the opportunity to list it on the web site.

also have previously owned (used) items on special as well. "Special"
pricing will be honored for Internet orders only. No "Special" pricing
for phone orders.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards and ship exclusively thru
FEDEX. Sorry no checks, PO's or COD's.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via FEDEX. Shipping prices are

the 48 contiguous states. All other locations will be calculated after we
receive the order. We will email you with the adjusted rates
We offer Standard as well as 1-day,
2-day Air options. All orders are fully insured and
professionally packaged. Please note, that orders drop shipped direct from the
manufacturers will incur a small handling fee of $5.00 per box.
Return Policy:
Returns will only be accepted with a "Return Authorization
Number" issued by our office. Only NEW, UNUSED RESALABLE Products
will be accepted. A store credit minus a 20% restocking charge will be
issued after inspection of returns. There is no credit allowance for
shipping charges.
