Ultralife 'Neutralizer' Automatic Denitrator

The 'NEUTRALIZER' Automatic Denitrators by Ultralife are a great way to keep low nitrate levels in the aquarium. They work on a 'batch' principle: Water is pumped into the unit, processed to remove nitrates, cycled back to the aquarium and new 'batch' of water (needing to be processed) is pumped into the unit. A special self-feeding bio media serves as a place for the nitrate consuming bacteria to live, feed, grow and colonize making the 'Neutralizer' self sustaining. We include feeding tablets to help speed up the initial start-up period if desired. Includes: 2 water pumps, bio media for 150 gallons of aquarium size, fittings, feeding tablets, tubing, MC102 'Accu-Max I' ORP controller with electrode. To increase the capacity to 300 gallons simply add 2 packages of the media #NM75.
